What do for a 12 week old lab when you do the redirection/correction and it only makes them more determined to do the action (in reference to biting human/leash/eat leaves and grass, etc).
My red nose is just over 1 year and he don't just chew he eats stuff, them lil bones you showed i have a Yorkie he swallowed his bone , threw it up, eats the toes out of my socks, I have to put my pillows in the closet he humps & shakes tears em up! He's super smart tho I can lay his food down hell wait til I say go ahead! He was giving paw & sitting n laying down for treats in 2 days , when he's amped , he's super quick jumps the fence .. he's neutered btw still humping?!
Im gearing up for being a puppy very soon. This was the most helpful video I've found so far. All others ive watched said things like "You want to replace the behavior" but wouldn't tell or show how. Thank you so much for this in depth video!!
Good points. But toward the end… uff. Always gets me that people choose to get a dog, and then leave it home in a crate for 8+ hours a day. Not cool. Get a pet rock. 😅
I think our puppy is being mischievous on purpose so she can be corrected and get the reward. 😂 she's a golden btw. # sassy, stubborn, and super cute 😅
Do you think this would work for a 1 year old that hasnt been socialized? We rescued and finding out hes super mouthy and has no idea that biting people is a no no. He doesnt draw blood he really is just playing in the only way he knows.

You waste so much time talking about nothing over and over do you ever get to the point
is 6-8 weeks too young to carry out this type of training?

Nipping isn't so bad. Skin heals, fi gernails grow back, bones mend.
My puppy bites my fingers when i am training him. What should i do so he doesn't bite?
But is that bad for their neck especially during boke development
Man mines like 2 or 3 years old, it is getting better but I just don't see him stopping
He has a big ass bunion

what age can you start this? 2 months? earlier?
This doesn’t work for me!! I even bought the correction collar and she gets even more upset, her nips are turning into actual bites. She’s 12 weeks
What kind of a leash is that you cut?
